"Only place that can trim my pups nails and he doesn't go crazy or have to be knocked out. And for $5!!! Can't beat that. Late update: Took my pup back to get his nails trimmed early this summer. The normal woman who always did his nails wasn't in, but I figured this woman would be OK. Boy was I wrong. My guy doesn't like his front paws touched so he pulls them back a lot, so it can be challenging. The previous woman knew this and was gentle and was able to get it done with no issues. I don't even have to be back there most times for her to do it. The woman who did it this time, she was overly aggressive, my guy kept trying to step off the table because of this. It took all my might to keep him on the table. And this woman cuts the quick on one of his nails on one of his back paws, the paws that he doesn't even move. And she just blew it off like it was no big deal. We went back a few months later hoping our regular woman was in. When we got inside and I saw that she wasn't, we turned around and left. Used to love this place, but I feel like it's going down hill and I'm not putting my buddy through that. I'll find another place."

"Do not take your dog here! We have taken our dog for grooming multiple times and have been accepting- not thrilled - about the quality of his grooming. Today, dropped him off for grooming. When we picked him up, we asked where he was and the reply was "He's back with the screamers." Imagine referring to your dog as a screamer. They have never been very friendly but this is unacceptable. Our dog is a 20-pound,13-year-old dog dealing with arthritis and pain in his back legs. He is quiet and well-behaved but if he is confined to a cage, he becomes very anxious. He has never been caged. We will never be back. She should not be in this business if she does not love dogs."

"I would not recommend going here. Walked in and said good morning to the staff member In the back, she just stared and said nothing. Sat down to wait and speak with someone when the same staff member just walks up, grabs my dog and starts trimming his nails while I hold him. She never spoke one word to me, asked what I was there for, or about my dog who DOES not like getting his nailed trimmed and she handled it so roughly. I found that to be traumatizing for my dog and a rude experience all around. DONT COME here if you actually care about your pet!"

"This is a cheap place for nail trims however I will not be going back after my last visit! Staff is very rude and it is not very clean! The lady who trimmed the nails last time was very disrespectful and rude not only to me but my dogs as well! Please don't give this place your business!"
