"You have to watch the vegetables they are sometimes rotten, if you complain you have to have your receipt and the rotten vegetables or fruit to prove you have a legitimate claim which can be an inconvenience having to go back to the store. I don't think most people bother for a few dollars"

"So generally I am very positive about Aldi's. Today no so much, it all came down to my final experience at the check out. The young lady was quick and polite...so fast in fact she was waiting on me to start ringing the next person. As I took my cart and walked away it became clearly apparent why she was so quick. She loaded my cart without regard for the product I purchased. Boxes smashed, bread under cans and boxes. There is either a lack of training involved in this case or a lack of respect for the customer. I don't think it's the later but certainly feels that way when you spend 180 dollars and my purchase was treated the way it was. To the manager I spoke to I appreciate your time...however you came across as you were more concerned with getting to your next task than to truly listen to your customer. I'm sure that wasn't your intention, you looked like you had your hands full with visitors and dealing with the freezer. Looking forward to a better experience next time."

"Great affordable grocery store and more. Wife and I love coming here splitting up with the kids to divide and conquer. They often have some of the most random stuff in the middle aisles which are fun to explore."
