"I haven’t got my bed yet and I just got a email saying my bill is due soon. I don’t even have my bed yet. I went in on Wednesday and still haven’t got it and it’s Sunday. And my boss told me they called them and talked to them so they have proof I work there."

"They lied the whole time I had my couch. They I said I could upgrade it and sent them pictures on two different occasions and was told it looked great and they would send me a quote and nothing ever. I finally found a new couch and told them I didn't need this one anymore and they set a date to come pick it up when they arrived on that date they barely looked at it and said they won't take it because they found problems with it. Yes I have a dog and there was some hair on it but the said the boards were broken which I still can't find any broken. One guy kept scratching at the corner till he made a cut and when I was watching him the whole time he denied it. Worse place to get anything from I would recommend anything else and hope these people go out of business for taking people when they are down and taking advantage of them."

"Bought $6000 dollars worth of furniture and it was supposed to be delivered today. Apparently they don't deliver it to the address you want them to and made us jump through a bunch of confirmations. What has the world turned to where a company tells you where the furniture will be delivered instead of you telling them where you want it. They wouldn't even allow me to pick up the furniture my self. I highly recommend you go somewhere else and don't waste your time or money here. Customer service also would not work with me at all and told me to just cancel my order."

"Hugo & Thai were both AMAZING from the Nampa location. They were already on their way do deliver my dryer from being repaired and I noticed my washer started to make loud noises so they turned around and went back to the store to bring us a loaner washer as well so we wouldn’t be with out one over the weekend. Big thanks you guys!!! Very professional and friendly!!!"
