"These people are awesome! My wife and I bought a washer and dryer from them. While still under warranty the washer developed some minor issues. They promtly came out to the house and fixed it. Sometime later the heating element in the dryer burned out. I pulled it out, my wife took it to Garrity Appliance, they sold her a new one, I put it in. Works great. Sometime after this the washer started banging on the spin cycle. I explained to Ron what it was doing, he suggested some things for me to check out, and explained how to fix it. It was none of these. We ended up taking it to the shop. Expecting it to be several days, I told my wife if it takes too long, we may have to go to the laundromat. About 2 hours after it was dropped off, Garrity Appliance called and said it was finished. An easy fix at the shop, but not something I was capable of doing. The price for the fix was very reasonable. I highly recommend Garrity Appliance."
