"We have been taking our dog to this place for many years and had been happy with them until now! We asked for a puppy cut for our dog (as in previous years) and for some reason they didn't cut him at all and charged us more than what we used to pay for this same dog for the same service in years past with no HAIRCUT! The lady was unapologetic and refused to do anything further, EVEN THOUGH we paid money for a haircut we never got! I said, "I guess we will just take him somewhere else" and she yelled "GOOD", several years of taking or animals here and then we get that from this lady! This place has gone down hill!"

"We have gone here for about a year and we noticed the last two times that we’ve taken him , he wasn’t himself. Today we picked him up and he was panting and was anxious/ scared. I went to pet him and he flinched as if he had been hit. We got home and he was still panting and looked scared. Never taking my baby back there, after reading similar reviews, I felt it was necessary to do the same."

"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A DOUBLE COATED DOG!!! I am EXTREMELY frustrated how they groomed my English Cream Golden Retriever. We had asked for a light trim. They instead SHAVED him down and shaved his chest. Our golden only had the smallest bit of matting behind his ear which I understood that it was getting shaved or cut off as we even struggled brushing the matte out. But he is very well brushed and caught up on grooming other than that. And guess what?? They didn’t even cut off the matted part off and his paw pads were not trimmed. They did NOT even communicate as to why they shaved him and didn’t bother blending his chest out when they did shave him. As we tried going back to confront the issue they were closed even though their hours said until 5. This is not the first instance of them shaving our dog. They are not professional groomers as they should know to NEVER shave a double coated dog. They are cheap for a reason. They are also the reason as to why my golden hates going to the groomers now, I have no idea what they do behind those doors when we drop him off but he is full panic and anxiety when my sister picked him up. For the sake of your double coated furbabies please AVOID them and go somewhere else!"

"Took my Mini Schnauzer mix to get groomed for the first time and they treated her so well! They got her paws and body short and then kept her face a little longer!"
