"Couple of things to say on this review: 1) Mia is an absolute all-star in terms of speed, efficiency, and attitude. Best on the intercom that I've ever experienced. She deserves a raise, immediately. 2) the middle aged lady that works mornings is a legend as well and I'm pretty sure she could identify me by my order by now. She also deserves a raise. 3) BEST McDonald's hands down. How this location has a 3.7 star rating is beyond me. Obviously the people reviewing it have never been to the downtown location and are extremely spoiled. 4) they actually customize my order when i request it rather than handing me a burger that's been sitting under the heat lamp. 5) NEVER HAD AN ISSUE HERE and i order here more than I'd like to admit!"

"This is the 6th time in a row ordering from the app and I am missing something in my meal. Got shareable meal 40 nuggets and 2 large fries and a medium fry to feed my family. 1 of the large fries missing. It's too cold to go back."

"Omg! I opened , my cheeseburger and a bug flew out of the package!!! The other one, I had to peel the bun and old cheese off the wrapper! My bf took pics and then called down to McDonalds. He went there and manager didn't even want to see photos. She quickly refunded our entire meal. Will never ho back again!"

"Ordered a big Mac and got this.. this happens all the time and by the time I get home realize they did this then driven back for an exchange then drive back home the rest of my order is cold. Someone needs to be held accountable."
