"SO GOOD! I lived in China for 2 years, and it has been a challenge for me to find good and authentic regional Chinese food in the US -- I am so happy that Li's Kitchen has recently opened in Boise! Hands down the most accurate/authentic Chinese food I've had in the US so far. The owner (Carol) is from Northern China (Shaanxi). The food is home-cooking style and very reasonably priced (a meat, rice, and sweet drink is usually around $13 including tax). I recommend the "Chinese hamburger" and any of the pork dishes ("braised pork" which I ask for the glazed style, and "twice cooked pork belly")"
