There was a psycho karen in there earlier today yelling at everyone when we picked up our pup but Petco staff were very patient and professional with her. Mary takes amazing care of our golden doodle. We recently had to take our pup elsewhere because of conflicting schedules and it was a disaster. She has been ready for Marley both times no waiting and she is finished at the time she had estimated she would be plus she notifies you by phone call. Both times I was parking to come in when I was called. She is very professional yet personable. She listens well and gives excellent advice.
