"I tried a new bowl I wasn’t thrilled with tonight. After taking a few bites, I went back up to order another bowl. Hex insisted on making me another one free of charge. Every time, I’ve come to this location, he recognizes us and has the best customer service! Love Paddles Up. Always appreciate the quality and service."

"All times that I have gone to this location the front counter is not monitored well. Today I got to the location at 11:30 and at 12 still no sign of any employees. The place is open, there is a sink just running and running for the full half hour, but no employees. Will probably not try this location again. The walk uses up a portion of my lunch break and it is just not worth it to chance that someone will actually be working at the fully open location."

"I don’t leave bad reviews ever, but when I do it’s for good reason. I don’t mean to be rude, just here to give feedback to hopefully not have this happen in the future to others. We order online, starving, and picked up, but I should’ve checked it right there so that’s my bad, but they forgot some toppings and all the sauces we asked for on both the bowls. I was sooo sad!! Kills me because I paid an arm and a leg for not very good bowls and could’ve spent it on all you can eat sushi instead. Lesson learned."

"I went here and got the Broncos bowl with extra salmon and avocado. I think they forgot about the avocado. I also wish there was even more salmon after getting extra added. Overall it was good."

"I love paddles up and the owners are incredible. Unfortunately the experience with this employee had ruined it on multiple occasions. She will belittle other employees in front of customers, and act rude. This last example I saw multiple customers come up and let her know that the sauce was a lot spicer than usual and she would hear any concerns and just kept saying that she ate it earlier that day and did not think it was too hot so we should all be fine. It was a bowl that I get frequently at the downtown location and love it. Tonight I got it at the warehouse and I am a little spicy sensitive and was sick for hours. I would prefer the downtown location over the warehouse if you are looking to try paddles up"
