"Purchased a new set of TOYO tires. Owner said 40K+ warranty, free rotation, balancing, etc. The general warranty. AFTER the tires were installed and paid for, my wife asked for the warranty info. Owner stated we wouldn't get any warranty until the front end was aligned. He stated he does alignments..(AFTER THE TIRES WERE INSTALLED AND PAID FOR) I then took our car to a different alignment and had the alignment completed, took the paperwork back to Payette Tire for verification. The owner was upset however gave the warranty to me. Since then we have had the tires rotated every 5000 miles by the car dealer when they change oil. We now have a bounce or tire out of balance. Can I go back to Payette Tire whom is supposed to warrant it??? Of coarse not! Not for another 12 DAYS!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!"
