"This has got to be the worst fast food location in all of idaho. I’ve lived walking distance from this Wendy’s for 2 years now and never once have even been half satisfied if I’m lucky enough to get food. This visit put the icing on the cake. The entire inside cafe was locked and closed because the self service Kiosk was down (already doesn’t make sense). Sign posted to the door said since kiosk and dining cafe is closed, please use drive thru. So I stand in the drive thru to order and some employee comes out yelling at me that I can’t stand in the drive thru, and will not be able to purchase anything unless I am in a vehicle. Why can’t you just take my order inside? Or better yet why not take my order right then and there and run it out to me? You’ll turn away business because a SELF SERVE kiosk is down?! Please do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible. Del taco, jimmy johns, and tropical smoothie cafe are right across the street with far better food and service."
"I Thank you Mr Derek for being patient with me I Salute for your kindness you delivered an awesome customer service."
"I went to the drive thru at 12:15pm 9/4/23, and it wasn't a good experience. The person taking my order wasn't at all interested in listening to my order. I had to interject twice because instead of listening, she wanted to just close out the order and have me move around the side to pay, which I didn't understand because the drive thru wasn't busy at all. The burger wasn't made as I'd asked, which too was very disappointing."
"Went through drive thru for a salad. Menu had it marked $7.99 and guy taking order gave me total of $8.46. Went to window and girl gives me price of $9.53. Informed thats a different price than the guy just said. "Oh I think we just changed price today. He gave total from memory." Informed their signs still said 7.99 and thats what they should honor. Manager comes over. Yeah the $9.53 is the correct price. It's on the system there's nothing I can do thats the correct price. "Why didn't it get changed out on the menu then? How do I know its changed if your menu still says 7.99 out here?" (Very rudely) well its the correct price I've been gone the last couple days so didn't know they changed pricing but its correct. Me, " its 9pm. If its been changed all dY why isn't the menu out her changed as well?" Another employee goes, "because our day shift is lazy". Mind you at this point there are 5 employees just standing there 4 of who were out front hanging out smoking when we originally pulled up but of course its day shifts fault the signs aren't correct. I understand raising prices but to blame others for the menus not having the correct price and being so rude about it to us was just unexceptable."
"Had the most ridiculous/frustrating experience at this location. Google maps said it was available for dine in. We pulled up, towing a boat, with 3 children all who needed to use the restroom before eating. All the doors are locked, with a sign that says “dine in closed.” Since we cannot drive through as we are towing a boat, we now are unable to eat here. My husband gets the idea to use the app. So we’re standing outside the door, all 4 employees inside the restaurant are staring at us (not busy at all), leaning against the counter, and laughing/joking around. The drive through had ONE CAR IN IT. We spend 5-10 min getting our online order going on the app when one of the employees comes out to see “if we needed help.” We explain the situation that we’re unable to drive through, and we just want to eat. She tells us they are short staffed so the dining room is closed. When I proceed to tell her I can see all of her employees standing around staring at us and they don’t seem that busy she just shrugs her shoulders. At this point, the app will not let the order go through. We ask what our options are and she said “well, I guess I can take the order for you.” Why can we not just go inside?! I would understand the situation more if the drive through was full or there were a ton of people waiting for orders. We were the only customers standing outside the building. No cars in the drive through. Why the heck is the dining room closed?! You were not busy and not every car can go through the drive through. Worst Wendy’s experience ever. She came to grab our credit card to take inside to charge us for the food. We paid $34 for a sub par, frustrating, mediocre food experience. Also, my 3 and 7 year old sons ended up peeing in the bush, so there’s that."
