"Very disappointed in this place. My brother took my daughter and I out to lunch. They gave me and my brother our food 1st because they messed up my daughter's chicken sandwich. It literally took them 45 mins to fix the issue. The waitress ignored us and decided to play with another customer child when she was supposed to check our order. Food wasn't that good either."

"I should have asked to be sure, but our receipt said janae. She was super sweet, but also amazing at her job. We came in close to close but she still took the time to make our meal amazing. Made sure our kids were comfortable, my drinks were amazing and so quick, and she even considered my fiancées best interests in his burger. She cares about her job and it shows. Absolutely love a good waitress and she was great! The food was amazing as well, the burger had a great flavor and the artichoke dip is one of my all time favorites"

"My wife and I and our very good friends had a wonderful dinner this past Monday evening, December 11. The food was delicious and the service provided by Janae was fabulous. She would check in quite a few times to make sure that everything was going well. She was very attentive and very professional. We had a great experience at this Applebee's restaurant! Thank you!"

"Not the best Applebee's experience yesterday. My burger looked they dropped it on the floor and scooped it into a bun. Order was wrong and ugly. No utensils at table until we asked. Server didn't ever offer refills, after 45-50 mins I had to ask. Wifes med steak was looking much more rare. Some foreign substance on one these two double burger patties. Wont be back here for a while. Hope it gets better."

"I used to love this restaurant. The last time I went, the server got my order wrong. After it was sent back, I got the right order but the chicken was raw. I showed the server and then told her I was leaving. I wrote Applebee's and they were quick to respond and show their concern. I was impressed with their desire to correct things in their procedures and apologize to me. I am hesitant right now to go back, but I know I will at some point. Usually their food is fantastic. I believe thus is a one off."
