"Been coming for a while, always been poorly managed or too many kids working that don’t care about what they are doing. I would drive out of my way to go to another Chipotle that is managed correctly after the guac I had tonight. Two salad bowls with big fat slops of brown/green guacamole. Looks like Shrek had diarrhea on my dinner. Stop serving brown guacamole. Make less and more often to keep it somewhat fresh."

"The Chipotles in the Valley are the worst. I’ve never been seen so many locations consistently don’t have so many items available. This location in particular still is unable to make a burrito as the machine that heats the tortilla has been broken for weeks. You’d think this would be a concern since burritos are a core part of your business. I visited on a Sunday evening at 6 pm. Only to be told they were out of fajita mix and steak. You’re open for another 3/4 hours. Are you just refusing to make more for fear of waste or are you terrible at inventory management. Both are troubling. Months later and still the same poor inventory management. At least now they put a sign out front. First chipotle I’ve seen that clearly does t like to make money."

"Excellent service, as usual. Food was hot, fresh, plentiful and gluten free, which is huge for someone who has an Intolerance to Gluten. I always order the bowl and was not disappointed. Plenty to fill the hungriest appetite. The meat was seasoned to perfection and the add on choices were plentiful, fresh and tasty. I'll definitely be back, this is my favorite non fast food, fast food restaurant. I've never been disappointed over all the years of enjoying Chipotle from Oregon to Idaho. I've never been disappointed with the service But, the service at this location is hands down the best I've had. Well done!"

"I love Chipotle, but this is the worst location I have ever seen by far. The food prep and service areas were filthy. I considered leaving, but ordered anyway figuring they had just had a rush and someone would clean up any minute. I was there 30 minutes, 15 of which had no customers, but no one did a thing. Either the sup/manager wasn't there or is incompetent. I will not be coming back. Order at your own risk."

"Chipotle when done right is a good meal. However the past two times I've ordered from here they have gotten it wrong. They forgot two burrito bowls and the one they delivered was sloppy and covered in their hot Red Chili salsa on my burrito bowl when I am not a spicy person. This location needs veteran leadership, retraining of its staff or just get rid of it."
