"Definitely gone downhill over the last few years. Very stingy when making the pitas, and the service is subpar. When asked if we want a pita made "normally" but then rolling your eyes when we ask what's included (because it's not posted anywhere) doesn't make for the best environment."

"I came in right when they opened. They had everything ready for a lunch pita right at 10 am. The owner and staff were incredibly professional and great to talk to. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is tired of subway!"

"The guy took my order, i notice he is wearing plastic food service gloves, which is weird, cause he’s handling the register and money. Then he immediately goes over to make my food. To my shock and horror, he does not change his gloves, and begins mashing up something on a cook top grill with his dirty gloved hands. What he mashed up ended up being the “falafel” he served me. This was my first time ever trying the chain Pita Pit. i am a lover of Mediterranean foods, and the Falafel Salad i ordered from this restaurant still makes my stomach wheezy just to think about it. it was bland and disgusting. The hummus, too. When ordering i asked if there will be tahini sauce on the salad. The guy did not know what tahini sauce is. He said “yea, and tzatziki sauce.” The salad was dry. No tahini sauce. Who smashes up falafel??? The fact that he used his dirty gloves to do it, too, is just absolutely disgusting, selfish, and lazy. i will never go to Pita Pit again."
