"Don’t know what the food tastes like because we got there at 8:40 and waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there and they told us the kitchen was closed. Mind you the business hours say they are open until 9. We weren’t the only people they did this too either. Very poor service. We won’t ever be going back."

"Went last Friday and sat down immediately. Waiter was friendly and checked in right away. He took our drink orders, got them back and the beer was flat, and my tea was bad. Took a while to check back and take our order. Once our order was taken it was a full 4 mins for a burger/fries and finger steaks to come out. Never once got checked in on while we waited to see how our drinks were. People all around us got checked on regularly, got their food before us and refills. Once our food finally arrived, my husbands finger steaks were 3 & 1/2 finger steaks on a large bread of fried, all of which was cold, the burger I got shot all over my shirt and was completely raw. No one checked in on us and I had to flag someone down to send my burger back. When I sent it back it no apology was made and they just commented that they would take it off the bill. Never checked in with us again until we flagged someone for the bill. Service was really awful all the way around and so was the food. Really disappointed this go round."

"Stopped in with friends for a quick lunch and enjoyed it. I had the Brisket Sandwich and a bowl of clam chowder. Both were very good! The clam chowder had good flavor w/plenty of clam and the sandwich was amazing, perfect mix of meat, onion rings and sauce, all on focaccia bread. Awesome spicy kick too! Service was great as well."

"We were looking for a place to eat that could accommodate a large party, kid friendly and had at least one meal that would satisfy food allergy restrictions. We chose Rudy’s and were pleased on all counts! We were seated immediately even without reservations. The booth was large and roomy and seated 8 of us comfortably. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I got the hummus platter and highly recommend it! Would definitely come here again!"
