"Ate here last night 2/10/24 and was served a completely RAW Alice springs chicken and suffering today!!! I was even served the food by the manager Rachel Guerrero, I couldn’t believe it. Horrible experience!!!"
"It all started when they l ied about the wait. I had to sit in front and listen to the hostess. Tell everyone "20 to 30 minutes" as I had been sitting there for over 50 min. When we finally got seated. We were able to order within the first 10 minutes which was great because we were starving. The big problem came when we had to wait exactly an hour to get our food. The waiter is great. Kept apologizing and told us they would take care of our drinks. Funny thing was we had water to drink. Thanks for the free water. And thank you for wasting 2 hours of my life that I'll never get back. On top of all of it, When I left this review last Friday with no response from the ownership. It was promptly taken down within a couple of days.. you really should respond. I can do this all day long."
"Friday Jan 26th. The atmosphere was as expected. The server did a great job but the food though left a lot to be desired. The Blooming Onion was over cooked to the point it was edible but tasted slightly burnt. We dealt with it. My wife and I both ordered the choice cut and lobster. She ordered her steak medium and I ordered mine medium well in case hers came under cooked. When they arrived, hers was medium rare so we swapped expecting mine to be cooked medium. When she got to the center of my "medium well", it was still raw even though the outside of the steak was almost black. We brought it up to the server and asked to have it cooked a bit longer. He said to keep it as policy was to bring a fresh plate. We weren't wanting or expecting that. When the manager came to bring the replacement, we accepted it though it still could have used a couple minutes on the grill. His attitude towards us was one of irritation and far from customer service. He acted like this was our fault.. It's a good thing there's another steak house in the area. They'll be getting our business from now on."
"The last time we were there it was great! It had been a while since we were there, and tonight did disappoint a bit. The best was the Ahi tuna appetizer! The rest was pretty bland, We never got checked on once by our server, and never refilled our drinks, but I am not sure how busy she was."
"Nice environment, good service, but for the price, the food was mediocre. I ordered the side Loaded Mashed Potato, which was delicious. My husband ordered the 6 oz. Steak and 4 shrimp, which he said his homemade was a lot better. The bread that came with it was soggy from the shrimp, so he didn’t even eat it. My daughter had the shrimp entree with rice and broccoli. The shrimp was ok. The rice tasted like Mexican rice, which was a little odd. My other daughter ordered Salmon, which she said the salmon we make at home is much better. My son had the burger, which he said was about the same as Jack in the Box. We had strawberry lemonade, which just tasted like artificial flavors. We make better strawberry lemonade at home. We also had the blooming onions as an appetizer, which was good, but very salty. We spent $130, which was about twice what we normally spend when we go out. My daughter got free ice cream with delicious chocolate syrup since it was her birthday. Expect to spend around $30 per person for food that’s not worth $10. The food was disappointing to say the least."
