"Only taking points off because of the fact they do everything on their QR code, ordering, paying and everything (lazy service) . Had to go to the someone and ask how long my friends appetizer was gonna be bc our entrees came out way before it. My burger was soggy but At least their blue Hawaiian was yummy and there fried pickles. The buffalo wild wings in meridian is A LOT better."

"Absolutely terrible service. All of the staff except for Dom I believe his name was was extremely rude. The management lady of lead or what ever was so rude to the point that I was in disbelief. Not to mention she was making me make decisions on how to do HER job. You are service employees, so do your job accordingly. There is no reason I should have 3 different BWW employees being rude to me and my friends on my birthday of all days. We were all respectful and not causing any amount of disruption to the environment so acting the way they were towards us is uncalled for. One of my friends just asked one of the waitresses how her day was going and got completely ignored. Figure out your staffing. Easily the worst service experience I’ve had at a restaurant. There was no care, no lack of urgency, and no respect. If I could give zero stars I would."

"This cost $13. Somewhat high price for the quantity. Tastes great, fast service. The menu-less phone ordering felt unnatural; maybe I’m not used to it. An upside is that there’s less receipt waste, a downside is that another company needlessly grabs my data."

"Always great food! Lots of TVs and fun to not know what to watch. We love doing trivia but never seem to take the time. They are still in the no menu mode and unless you press the issue they make you pay (and even order) using the app and qr code at the table. Understand the reasons, just don't like still."

"Came here for a quick bite to eat and we will be sure to not waste our money here again. You order your whole meal through your phone which makes having servers pointless. Yet they still have servers? I enjoy tipping a server for good service but buffalo took that off the table. My wives food came out much later than mine and was severely over salted. Our server was very nice but his whole job seems pointless now. If I wanted to order my whole meal through a phone I would order take out."
