"We enjoy a good meal at Percy when we are in town as we have an apartment in the building, making for a convenient dining out experience. Great bourbon selections. Entree prices are not ridiculously high, but it isn't a bargain either (for three, we normally spend $80 for entrees to $120 for dinner and a couple of drinks and an appetizer. Pasta with short ribs and the wagyu burger are our go-to order. Servers are always attentive. Very busy at peak hours (which can mean high ambient noise and a little tough to enjoy conversation with your family or friends). Unless you wait for your table at the bar, the entrance gets congested, and you get to do the "waiting for the table dance" with other patrons entering and leaving. Plentiful street parking within a block radius."
"Great Food and very attentive service. We have been twice, once for dinner and once for lunch. Bronzino was really good but not my favorite. We went for lunch and had the porchetta dip which was absolutely amazing and messy. Fun mocktails too. Not usually a dessert person but the cheesecake is seasonal and should be a mandatory thing for all."
"Wow. What an absolute gem. As a long time Boise downtown lover I tend to get nervous when restaurants come and go. But Percy exceeded my expectations. First of all, the aesthetic is stunning; from the huge doors that welcome you to the dark tones, excellent playlist & beautiful decor. They nailed every little detail. The difference types of seating/tables booths, sofas. I was dying at the little things. The bathrooms are even lovely. The menu is approachable - a little upscale, but as to be expected. If you try one app, I would suggest the SMOKED SALMON TOAST. Every bite was an adventure and the presentation was great. I would suggest your first time here being for dinner if you love perfect lighting & moody atmosphere. Dark, cozy, and a meal you will always remember. Amazing job Percy, can't wait to come back!"
"Wylder group proves that they can provide affordable and quality food once again. I would say kudos to the team I never felt I am overpaying for any dish they offer the best quality food for the price. Food is outstanding every dish has a unique taste and flavor. The amount of effort and dedication they have put into even a side dish is remarkable. I have tried different courses of meals and deserts everything was amazing. Service is always great with Wylder group. The drinks they served or the service is outstanding. Overall I would go to this place in a heartbeat."
"We came to Boise to visit family and Percy was our first meal out and it was an excellent start. Our foods were amazing but the service from our waitress, Shanell, was exceptional. On top of being professional, friendly, and efficient with managing the rest of the team attending to our party of 5, she was extremely knowledgeable with the menu items including the most minute ingredients used in the dishes. We ordered fries as one of the starters and we could tell it was cooked in animal fat due to the richness of the flavour. They were so good. We asked if she knew how the fries were cooked. With no hesitation, she said beef tallow. That was just an example. My pappardelle with short ribs was a perfect rib-sticking dish for the winter. The star to me, however, was the apple cobbler. The topping packed in a lot of crunch and flavors and the scoop of ice cream melting into the apple filling was heaven."
