"Absolutely awful customer service. We made an appointment to get a CV joint boot repaired. They didn't have the part in stock so the appointment had to be made nearly a month in advance. The day before our scheduled appointment we called them to confirm our appointment...isn't that backwards? We made sure, as we did the first time we called, they understood we were driving over an hour one way to get there and wanted a quick turn around so we didn't have to make a return trip. We were assured this was possible and best case was for us to show up when they opened at 8:00 AM. That is exactly what we did. We were told "a couple of hours". 3 hours later we called and our machine wasn't finished. Around noon, 4 hours after we dropped our machine off, they still hadn't even started the repair so we picked up our machine and made an appointment with someone else. We completely wasted a trip and with their delays the whole day ended up being a waste. We should have taken a clue from their facility which is more akin to a wrecking yard on the outside and filthy mess on the inside."
