"We bought a used Tahoe from them this last week. The car was from Canada and we had lots of questions and concerns. ‘They do not use carfax’. In hindsight we should have offered to pay for it out of pocket prior to purchase. We should have listened to our gut. Driving my new car off the lot the check engine came on and I immediately returned. We cancelled the purchase."

"Unmatched customer service and extremely personable -- Leslie was so incredibly helpful in asking all of my questions via email and walking me through the financing process with an outside lender. She was a major reason we chose to make the 170 mile drive to Grangeville from Missoula, MT. Sadly, the car we planned to purchase developed a mechanical issue just before we arrived. Despite this, Leslie and the dealership manager were extremely empathetic and even compensated us for our drive unprompted. If another suitable car shows up at Gortsema, we'd return in a heartbeat.
