Reviews
"I ordered my lunch through the subway app today. Normally I never leave reviews if mistakes are made because things happen but this was one thing after another. Not only were the 3 sandwiches I ordered messed up completely with mixed up ingridents and all completely wrong but I tooked a bite of my sandwich and got a rando workers hair in my mouth. If I am spending almost 30 dollars on three sandwiches I want it to be close to what I asked for and hygienic at the very least."
"Friday October 27th at almost 8pm. Whoever is the guy working needs a raise and possibly some help. Good job man. Not many people work like that anymore."
"Can of soda for size comparison. Not impressed at all for the $ spent. Bread was crusty, small and just not appetizing. Way to much mayonnaise and hardly any meat. I must say, every time I order online for pickup we're not impressed. Guess you have to stand there while they make your order to get a good sandwich now."
"Literally just picked this up. Absolutely disgusting, i don’t know who let this actually happen but something needs to happen. I had placed an online order of two sandwiches and upgraded them two meals with two sprites and two bags of lays, my boyfriend goes into the store and comes out with one drink and one bag of chips and tells the guy that it was actually two and shows the receipt and the cashier goes “where?” So are we hiring workers who do not know how to read? I’m absolutely disgusted with my experience here."
"This was the first time I’ve made it over to this subway location and it was a hot mess. I ordered through the app for pickup and went in store to pick up my order. Before I left the store I checked the bag and noticed I was missing cookies that I had ordered. I waited in line to get them as there were 2 others in line and 3 employees. I went to the counter to get the cookies and only received one and had to tell them I had ordered two. I then left the store and once I was halfway to my destination my sister noticed that the bag with the two foot longs I had ordered were very light. I checked the subs and one of them was all mangled and smashed , the other wasn’t any prettier and what was supposed to be a Italian sub was nothing more than bread, lettuce, mayo and a few strips of bacon. Even if I had ordered this, I couldn’t believe they would serve it, it looked terribly put together. I then had to turn around and get my sub remade. I walked in and saw the two guys working there head to the back immediately. That left the gal there to help me out. She came over really timid and asked what was wrong, I showed her the sub and told her what I had ordered and she apologized which I appreciated. One of the guys came from the back and she showed him the sub, he laughed and did say that they did switch up some orders earlier, she then asked him if he was going to take care of the remake and he said no. She then said “so I’m stuck with this then” and started remaking my order. I felt bad for her because it looked like she was the only one holding it down and like she had to babysits the other two guys. Not to mention there was no one behind me and the sub line was low if not empty with many of the sub fixing both times that I had come through and she had to go to the back and replenish toppings several times with no help. This entire situation took an hour. It is so clear that the store needed a manager on duty or a least another experienced staff member on shift. The quality of my online order compared to my in store order were night and day difference and it’s wild to see how poorly they treat online orders. I reached out to the store online and received a less than stellar email response back. “I believe the store was training two new employees that day and what you perceived as laughing was probably their nervous way of handling a potential error. Fewer errors are made with in-store orders because the customer can specifically ask for the topping they desire. Online orders are more difficult. Nevertheless we'll try harder” I’d be embarrassed as a general manger to allow this type of service to go on in your store. It’s also sad to hear that online orders aren’t made with the same attention to detail as they are in store, I would strive to have a more consistent experience for your customers and set your employees up for success as well. So just know that if you placed an online order and it comes out messed up, sorry but you weren’t there in person to order it so the quality won’t be as good! There are plenty of other local sub places around town that provide a consistent experience! No need to waste your time and money here!"
