"“Heather” even though the receipt said the cashiers name is “Jenny” was extremely rude at the time she took my order. I asked to speak to a supervisor which she responded that would be her. Does not know anything about customer service, I as a business owner know because of workers like her, clients tend to go elsewhere. She was blonde, blue eyes, and was wearing a black hoodie."

"Do not order doordash with kfc. I deliver for doordash and every time I'm waiting for them to make food that hasn't started until after I get there. Even when it is dead. Takes 15 minutes being the fastest and today being the longest at 25 minutes. This hurts us because we also make money for this delivery. The longer we wait the less we can provide for families."

"6 o’clock in the afternoon and they don’t have any chicken said it’s gonna be a 35 to 45 minute wait when I asked why they didn’t drop any chicken for dinner time they respond to dinner time was it 5 o’clock last I checked this was a fast food restaurant not mamas kitchen 45 minute wait for chicken is acceptable"

"Mountain Home Idaho location. September 2, 2023 Terrible experience there. Way over priced compared to a normal KFC. $15 a combo. Got the two piece legs and I am completely serious when I say that the legs were the smallest chicken legs I have ever seen. Like a Cornish game hen. Thought that they were two wing drums. Service was awful. Clearly tell by the attitudes on display that they hate their jobs. Should have left but didn't. So bad that I almost warned the next group that came in but I didn't. Never again will I go here. Take this advice and go somewhere else."

"They have somehow figured out how to make KFC dry, didn't even taste like KFC. Almost a turkey like flavor. Must've been old cooked chicken, don't see how though they were dead as a doornail. Asked for 8 piece all dark original recipe, received a standard 8 piece Couldn't even tell if it was extra crispy or not, it was that dry. So the reviews about them messing things up are definitely accurate. Again, there was no crush of customers or anything. Never in my life have I had bad KFC, but I guess there's a first time for everything. No excuses"
