"I absolutely love happy hour and lunch here. My favorite is the lettuce wraps, nummy! Hot and sour soup is fabulous, I'm very picky. I had a delicious strawberry, cucumber limeade, it was beautiful. I always order a Ring of Fire, delicious Hot chili sauce. It's a large serving, I take it to go to go, and add it to everything. Price point is excellent."

"Always delicious and so celiac friendly. I haven't been glutened here in the several years I've been here. I recommend the Mongolian Beef with gluten free fried rice. They always identify the GF appetizers and entrees with a unique plate (currently red rimmed). They also have a celiac chocolate dessert with coconut ice cream that is delicious. A real treat every time I'm here!"

"I ordered chicken fried rice for delivery which we always do, but their was 3 chucks of chicken in one and 2 in the other and it tasted stale, like the plastic cartons it arrived in. The spare ribs were funny tasting too and you SPARED GIVING ME ANY MEAT!! 3 out of the 5 were all fat, 1 had 1 bite of meat and the other one had 3 bites of meat. I paid $57 for 5 bites of food. I am done ordering from PF Changs. Quality goes down and prices go up. #Sad America is in trouble. I look forward to the reseccion so you'll have no choice but to lower your prices."

"I'm combining two separate visits with similar experiences. This was the second time we've been to this PF Changs, and while the food is great - we've been disappointed with the service both times. The food was very good. Mongolian Beef, Pepper Steak, and Fried Rice were delicious. The Orange Chicken had great flavor, but the breading was just too thick. The stars of our meal were the appetizers - the chicken lettuce wraps and the crispy green beans should not be missed. We enjoy the family style serving so we can all share/taste. On both visits, they didn't have the needed items to make Huckleberry Lemon Drops. On the first visit, the bartender offered a suggested substitute. On the second visit, the waiter was uncertain what other flavors they did have, so we just ordered Vodka Crans. On our first visit, we were seated in the bar with the bartender serving our dinner. When she came to check if we were ready for our next round of drinks, she literally interrupted my husband mid-sentence, SNAPPING HER FINGERS at him to get his attention. So rude. We decided we would give it another shot but were even more disappointed than our first visit. We knew going down on a Saturday in December it would be very busy, so we made sure to get reservations a day in advance. We got there a couple of minutes before our reservation time and were told we didn't have reservations. After showing them the emailed confirmation of our reservation, they told us they would work on a table for us. They were giving walk-in customers an estimated wait of 30 minutes, so with our reservations, we anticipated being seated sooner. After waiting over 40 minutes and watching several walk-in parties get seated, I finally asked how much longer. We waited about 10 minutes more before finally being seated. Had we not made reservations, I would certainly expect to wait on a busy Saturday night. However, a nearly hour- long wait beyond our reservation time was really unacceptable. Once seated, our waiter was pleasant but clearly overwhelmed; forgetting some items but bringing them quickly once brought to his attention. I believe the manager was there but never approached us, explained the issue, nor apologized in any way for the excessive wait. Only one hostess apologized when, at the 40-minute mark, I expressed our frustration. We had a party of 6, and between the three couples, we spent around $500. In spending this kind of money, I would hope the experience would have been better. So, while the food is great, I don't know we will be back - the service is simply not up to par."

"The food and drink is fantastic! The service, volume, and lackluster staff is not. We checked in for our reservation, and they forgot about us. It's crowded and quite loud. It took a long time for our order to be taken and seemed even longer for our drinks to arrive. The food more than made up for these shortcomings though. I will return because the food is that good!"
