"This location is obviously too small and to meet the large demand of people trying to order a drink. Last week, I spent almost 20-30 minutes idling in my car, wasting expensive gas, just waiting for someone to take my order. It seemed like the employees wanted to talk and laugh, and have fun rather than do their jobs. I ended up having to back up and leave because I didn’t have enough time to get a coffee. Its not worth it, people. You end up spending about $6-$8 for ONE drink, too. It’s overpriced, hastily made, and has way to much ice. You finally get your drink and you’re done with it in 3 seconds because it’s almost half filled with ice!! I used to come here when I was 12 years old with my parents—and now this scanty little shack of a coffee shop has declined in service."
