McDonald's

"2nd time going to this McDonald’s as it’s closer to our house and horrible food again. Black hair in our nuggets and no one in our home has black hair or even dark hair at all for that matter… GROSS!! The fries now both times have been nothing like the normal McDonald’s fries they are crunchy dry and extra extra well done and taste stale like and old. Like they Re-cook extra fries they made too much of or something. Is this like some kind of bootleg knock off McDonalds cause sure seems like it. If so should half the price for garbage food, I still wouldn’t return it is that bad. We will drive further next time as this is the only one that is AWFUL!!! I urge anyone to just drive further to another McDonalds cause this one is NASTY!!!"

"Been coming here since open. Did an online pickup tonight and waited longer than usual. (2 in drive thru). I ordered 3 burgers, 2 large fries and a drink. I also ordered 4 things of ranch. After I received my food and delivered it to my father who is currently sick, and opened the bag to find no ranch? My father and I don’t eat fries with out ranch. That’s why we ordered it. ANYWAY I had called and asked for them to bring it out to my car and asked for new fries because ours were cold by the time I got back. I was hung up on, and brought out ranch in the workers no gloved hands and got them dumped into my lap. Fries where? Didn’t bring them out. This was ridiculous! Customer service is an all time low for this location. Will be posting on app for area to have people avoid"

"This McDonald's needs some serious management changes. Orders are slow usually cold and or wrong if you use drive thru. Inside kiosk ordering is the only efficient part of the process. Wish any other fast food would open up in this area even a better ran McDonald's"

"Was asked to wait for fresh fries just to be given a half full container of old, cold soggy fries and two cold burgers...the cheese and bun were cold even. 5 minute drive home, if that, but didn't check. Practically threw the bag into my truck and was gone before I could look back to say thank you. Extremely accurate poor reviews and word-of-mouth feedback in the local area."

"The setup at the drive through is a little awkward where you merge from the two ordering lanes, into the pay lane. But everything is overall really fast. The people are all really polite and good natured. They try super hard to make you happy, within reason. Only thing that they could work on a little. Is giving you a specific numbered spot to wait for your drive through order. As they sometimes have to hunt for you. Kind of feel a bit sorry for them bringing the food out to you. Like they need a covered walkway and roller skates to bring your order to you. Cause the setup is somewhat reminiscent of Sonic. But larger. Keep it up guys. Thanks for All your hard work.
