"I stopped into this Starbucks ( random. not my usual location) I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I was given by Megan . Genuine, nice conversation, I really felt appreciated. I'll be sure to add those location to my Boise area rotation now."

"Normally kind staff. Lately they've been skipping out on drink volume, especially hot drinks. Got a white chocolate mocha and this is how low it was when I got it."

"Took veteran daughter in…So they offer black coffee ONLY, refused to brew decaf for her! The staff was completely OVERWHELMED with the amount of people there. COMPLETELY disappointed as we walked out empty handed. Come on Starbucks for the amount of money you charge for your products you would think you could offer our military more than a black cup of coffee!"

"I went through the drive-through and ordered a tomato mozzarella sandwich. When I got it, it had three tomatoes on the entire sandwich. I then walked inside and showed them my sandwich and they said they would make a second sandwich. The second sandwich had all the tomatoes on 1/2 of the bread. It’s sad when you get such poor customer service and no one cared. I showed the girl that helped me the 2nd sandwich and she didn’t care."

"This location was... ehhh??? They got my order right, but it took a really long time. To their credit, it was exceptionally busy, and I think it appeared to take longer from online orders. Servers were friendly enough and seemed to know all of the regulars. Outdoor seating was really nice! I think this used to be a bank so the space is not setup like a traditional Starbucks, but still a functional space. I would try it again."
