"McDonalds is no longer a cheap food alternative. The employees are acting like they are providing inexpensive service. Every time I end up with this mcdonalds, something is missing- or there's just a complete LACK OF CARE. If someone orders "HOT CAKES AND SAUSAGE" they will need BUTTER and SYRUP too. This is just one instance, but every time it's something else. I have reason to believe it's on purpose. This place should be replaced or employees completely swapped out. You can get ZUPAS CAFE for the SAME PRICE and the employees there will care enough to provide some kind of care or accuracy. Perhaps it's the culture of this location to be so miserable and try to make your customers miserable too. It's expensive food but they act like they are cheap"

"Alright literally EVERYTIME I come through this drive thru (I do daily for breakfast before work) the employees are just entirely unsatisfied and rude, literally I’ve never once had a nice encounter in the months I’ve came here but I don’t let it phase me or take it personally. Why I’ve never submitted a bad review. But today around 9:40 am there was a very nice woman at the 1st window and an insanely kind woman at the 2nd window, she went out of her way and helped me add an orange juice to my order. If it were anyone else I’ve encountered at the second window, I would have just went to the gas station for some juice! I didn’t look at their names but you two were amazing and I hope to see you more and I hope you ladies see this. Employees like this receive immense recognition, especially in a world that has forgotten how to be genuinely kind. This is one of the worst locations to work at from the awful things I’ve heard, so bless your souls for shining some positive light and kindness, it doesn’t go unnoticed. So my five stars goes to you awesome women who’s names I didn’t catch because I was so blown away!"

"We were just inside and ordered at a kiosk. We then went up and asked for 2 small water cups as we were paying customers. We were rudely told by a girl in a pink vest with purple hair that they charge for WATER regardless if the customer bought something. One of the other employees we asked for water was kind enough to bring us two cups as he noticed we were paying customers. Once the first purple haired girl noticed we were given waters, she came and took them from us and said we did not pay $2.00 for the WATERS. We are extremely unsatisfied with the customer service of the female employee and when we tried to call and complain, we were ignored and hung up on. She should be fired."

"Long night on the lake, google shows 11pm closing time and your door states a 12am. We showed up at 10:40 and the doors were locked. Not super impressed as we went out of our way with our truck and boat to grab a quick bite for the kiddos."
