"Service is extremely slow going thru the drive-thru. Over 10 mins in waiting for two kids smoothies and 2 quesadilla wraps. From the window I saw at least 3 employees working. Employees didn’t seem friendly, no smile, flat affect. Food is fresh and delicious. Kids enjoyed it :)"

"I don't normally write these posts but the service was so AWFUL that I am hoping to save someone else the stress. Seriously, go to ANY of the surrounding restaurants before wasting your time waiting in their drive through. Olivia took my order. She asked me to repeat myself several times. I was worried because that is never a good sign when ordering food. I arrived at 6:15 pm and didn't leave until 6:42 pm in the drive through line where I was the ONLY car. She got the smoothies right, which is pretty shocking. As for the food, complete disaster. She somehow didn't add my husband's order to my bill and only gave me my salad (I ordered a wrap). I asked about my husband's flatbread and she looked at me so confused. I waited for about 5 more minutes before she returned saying that she would have to charge my card an additional amount since she didn't add it to the bill. I also said my salad didn't come with dressing (again, I ordered a wrap). She went back and grabbed ranch, it was a Thai peanut salad. When she handed me the ranch, I said I would like the peanut dressing since that is what it comes with. When I got home to eat my food, I realized she gave me straight peanut butter instead of dressing. Literally, I can't make this up! Peanut butter. Anyways, I am now home and making myself dinner. Save yourself the trouble and go to Jimmy Johns next door where it will be fast and correct! What a waste of my money and time!"

"The person taken out was extremely rude, I asked for just for kids strawberry smoothie for my daughter they said sorry we don’t have that we have only a strawberry banana smoothie. I said yeah can’t you just not added the banana she said nope. Went to website and you’re able to modify it. I said fine my husband will just get his drink. My daughter was sad asking why they could just make her strawberry smoothie. She is 4, there is no reason yall couldn’t just not add the banana. So we left and got her something else. We will never spend any more money here or come back."

"Good smoothies, had the sunrise sunset smoothie, and the hummus veggie wrap with chicken added. Service is a little slow but ok. Drive through is quickest. It’s a chain, but lots of smoothie and lunch/breakfast options."
