"Took 25mins to make a açaí bowl. Let's not forget about how long it took to just get change back ( 5 mins.) early in the am no customers what's the hold up!? Will not be returning here took up all my day for one bowl . Isn't everything pre made !? We're in trouble with this younger generation."

"It's a drive-through smoothie shop. Customer service is ok. The smoothies are good. They're a little pricey. Then again, everything is super pricey in the treasure valley now due to the rapid and steady growth since 2017."

"I tried the berry crunch bowl once and loved it. The next 2 separate times I tried to order one, I ordered then waited in the drive thru line for 15+min just to be told they can't actually serve me. First time they said they were out of yogurt. Second time they said they were out of strawberries and bananas, AFTER I had already paid. Whoever does inventory is doing so poorly. Don't make me wait when you should know as soon as I'm ordering that you're out. It doesn't make sense for a smoothie place to be out of main ingredients and not even know it 2 times in a row on different days.The place wasn't busy. I don't want to wait 15 min after paying to be told my time was wasted. Then it took another 5+ min to get refunded and the girl forgot I even told her refund please. I wasn't mean or pushy because what's the point in being that way (probably not her fault), but I'm surely going to share my disappointment here. It was also only 2pm on a weekday, I paid attention this time so I could leave a somewhat detailed review. I'd add a photo but I cant even buy food here lol. I sadly won't come back even though that berry crunch bowl was good. :("

"Please get your Acai bowls elsewhere. Paid $25 for a small and large bowl. I parked out front to eat my bowl. My Acai bowl was COMPLETELY liquid, had no flavor whatsoever. It was basically granola soup. Missing ingredients on top - no honey, coconut, or blueberries. Girl running drive thru wasn’t friendly. I tipped 10% and she seemed irritated. I’d go back in for a refund if I didn’t have my 2 YO in the car. Tuesday, April 18, 5PM"
