"I had an amazing time here!! As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. I am new to breweries and was worried I would ask the wrong questions, but our server Meredith took the time to walk us through the menu and explained what beer would work best for my preferences. I ordered the Italian Grinder and it was one of the best sandwiches I have had. The fries were just crisp enough for me and the sauce on the sandwich really helped balance the sweet and tartness. 10/10 would recommend and will be back. Thank you Meredith and we hope to have you as our server again!!"
"I had many wonderful experiences at this brewery. First, the most beautiful woman served me. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurant and most importantly, she felt like home on a warm summers day. I believe her name was Meredith. I can tell the management of this establishment does a superb job running the day to day operations and keeping staff happy and treating them well. Everyone was just so pleasant. Second wonderful experience was the food! Wow this was the best food I tasted while in Idaho. I’d love to bring my whole family back to experience those pizza rolls! I’ve ever had anything like it. My next trip to Idaho this place is a must!"
"Service and food is amazing! When I’m not in the mood to cook we take a trip up the hill to Avimor to Spring Creek. My children love the pretzels for appetizers. They order it before they order their drinks. My go to for appetizers are the pizza rolls. They are to die for! They come in 6, great size to share with a group of people as they are filling! For dinner my boys enjoy the pizza or the Broken horn burger. We rarely ever take left over home as the boys enjoy every bite! I have a picky child when it comes to food but he has been branching out and always ask about their soup! The soup of the day was potato soup when we came up. It is his favorite here! (Said it was better than mine). For me I LOVE the chain breaker pizza. I was skeptical at first about apples on pizza but this is a must try! If I’m not feeling pizza the street tacos are another favorite of mine! The beer here is amazing! The In Comparison pale ale that they have now is an all time favorite. They do rotate their beer seasonally so hopefully the Off Camber Amber comes back soon-this one is my favorite of them all! As for the staff and management they make us feel welcomed when we walk through the door. Many of them recognize us and will come have conversations with myself and my boys. Love that!"
"First, I was underwhelmed by the interior of the restaurant. The floor plan and decor was anything but hip or fun. Not a place that you would want to take friends to if you wanted to impress. I ordered the Broken Horn Burger and onion rings. The burger patty is made from wagyu beef. The patty was thinner than I expected, the flavor was fine. The construction of the burger was disappointing. The buns should have been toasted, as the burger fell apart and was a soggy mess before finishing. The other components were too basic. The onion rings were adequate, not too bad. The beer was good. The best part of the visit was the staff, they were very attentive, and Athena was the highlight of the night. On a scale from one to ten, I would give this place a five."
"Fist time visiting the establishment and I have to say I'm quite impressed. First I had the RIP imperial stout. It's delicious with hints of dark chocolate and dark cherries among other flavors that really help this stand out. Then I had the oak coffin barrel aged Russian imperial stout on nitro. So smooth and flavorful, I could've easily had several more. I also ordered the Philly grinder. Served on a hoagie bun this is a pretty standard Philly cheese steak. It was excellent, no complaints whatsoever. I ordered fries as the side. They're crispy and seasoned well. I don't normally think much about fries but these are certainly above average. The staff here and amazing. Friendly, attentive and prompt. It's a nice side open floor, very comfortable environment. I thought I had been to every brewery in Boise and surrounding area, but this was my first time here. I'll absolutely be back"
