"foods good eat there all the time. however, one of the ladies who works there, I think her name was Trish? Is probably one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. and it’s pretty much every time we eat there and she’s there. She wasn’t personally awful to me, though she wasn’t pleasant. It was how she treated the other nice guy who worked there, Then to a Spanish-speaking customer who came in. She was so rude with her actions, words, and acted so annoyed. I was embarrassed for her.. I work in customer service at a restaurant, you don’t treat people like that and especially don’t act the way you do in front of the customers. I was appalled that she would act that way honestly, just to another human being. this instant was what made me decide to write a review. like if you hate your job that much quit if you can’t be a nice human being to other human beings, quit. if corporate reads this, talk to her. If the girl reads this, check your attitude, Or quit. whichever one makes the most sense to you ."
"It's 6:45pm on a Thursday and their dinning room looks as if they are closing in 15 minutes. This is the 2nd time this month that the dining room is cramped due to the staff trying to "clean up" early. They close at 9:30pm, is this the manager trying to encourage customers to take their sandwiches "to go"? They also only have 4 more loafs of foot long bread to last them 2 more hours. Rough night at subway.... Not a good look for the person that owns this location, curious if they run the Homedale location the same way..."
