"We live just outside of Clark Fork near the Montana border so "going out to eat" is a major deal since our options are pretty limited. We got a mailer for Rocco's which told us that they were actually up and running. We weren't ever really sure before that. We decided to try them on a Saturday evening. We ordered a pesto veggie pizza and a sausage pizza. The flavor was outstanding on both. I know they're in a food truck, and I'm sure it presents challenges, but if I had to pick on something, I'd say the bake was inconsistent. One pizza crust was nicely done while the other was a bit underbaked. Not a tragedy, it was still quite tasty. I hope they do well here. I'd definitely go back!"
