The nurse, Shelly, was very kind to me and very friendly. The receptionist was also very professional and kind. I called on Monday and they were able to see me on Tuesday. "I like the doctors and the PA there. My issue is trying to get referrals sent to my insurance company. I have been sitting here with a broken leg for 6 days and called them three times to send a referral and apparently they don't know what the hell they're doing because my insurance company still hasn't received it.
