"If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Their billing department is incompetent. I have an email stating that our outstanding balance was due to erroneous duplicate charges and would be dealt with in 7-10 days. I checked in 3 weeks later and was told it would actually take 4-6 weeks to correct the duplicate charges. So I checked back 7 weeks later and it was like starting from scratch. They confirmed they only did 2 x-rays even though they billed my insurance for 4 x-rays. I told them my insurance has paid for 2 already so they need to remove the other 2 as duplicate charges. They refused to to this unless I could proved a check number and clear date from my insurance company. What does it say about your company if you have to ask a customer to locate money in your own system? The saga is still ongoing 9 months after the date of service."

"This place sends me bills, because the hospital uses them for my child. I have had to correct the insurance several times over the course of a year, because unfortunately my child has been in the NICU sense he was born. It is extremely frustrating that they can not seem to keep his insurance straight. I get tired of getting final notices only to have then make sure they go through insurance correctly. However unfortunately I do not have a choice in the matter as to who reads his exams. It is just repeatedly frustrating to deal with."

"Unfortunately, we often don't have a choice on what companies medical providers use for services. This company is awful. I have paid my entire bill that I did not receive notifications on in the first place and STILL was sent to collections even after I was told everything was paid off. My experience with them has been a complete nightmare. They need to get their act together. Hopefully, medical providers will read these reviews and recognize there is a consistent problem with Alliance Radiology."

"Apparently this company is contracted by hospitals to manage some aspect of their radiology services. But you won't know this until you receive a cryptic and unexpected text message saying you owe them money. No paper statement, no forewarning from the hospital, but the text does threaten to send you to collections if you don't pay up. I wrote it off as a scam until I googled them on a whim and discovered they are for real. A representative of their billing department confirmed that "yes, that's how we do it". Pretty astounding practices given all the fraud we endure these days. Further searching revealed a recent lawsuit, numerous BBB complaints about their billing practices and a few negative reviews around the web. Many people were claiming that indeed their accounts were sent to collections before they understood what was going on. I consider myself lucky to have avoided the headache. I'm not sure if their behavior is due to ignorance or indifference, but if you need radiology I suggest you ensure these people aren't involved."
