"I eat here often. Parma is small town and doesn't have many options. But, this Subway serves a great sandwich, clean tables and has a friendly staff. Ashley, the Manager, is the best. 11/6/23: Great sandwich Maribel. Loved it."

"I have ordered online before and have never had any problems with this store. Today was a completely different story. Online said my order would be ready at 1:25 I went in at 1:20 They still had not received my order and could not refund what had already been deducted from my account. Also they were out of bread so they couldn't even make me another sandwich."

"Called 20 min to 6pm. Got a phone call at 6:10 saying that although their hours show open till 7 they recently (within the week) changed it to 6 so. Sorry. No sandwhich. They weren't going to make it, didn't have the courtesy of calling earlier, when I brought up how unprofessional it was they told me "that sucks" and hung up. Disgusted. The sandwich was for my work that I'd need early in the morning for a training to better help my family. But thanks."

"If I had other healthy food options near me, I would NEVER give this Subway my business again. However, I live in Parma and Subway is really the only semi-healthy restaurant in this area. The customer service is HORRIBLE, to say the least. Every employee has the worst attitude every time I go in there. They act as if you (the customer) is inconveniencing them, no matter the time of day. This includes the “managers.” Most of them don’t seem like they know what they are doing which is incredibly frustrating and if you ask them to fix/change something with your sandwich you get treated with even more attitude than they originally have. It’s also always understaffed which causes long lines and sloppy sandwiches. Over half the time the food is either still cold or falling apart. I’ve also never seen an employee wash their hands either which is disgusting. Gloves or not, every time they go from the back or register to the sand which line, they should be washing their hands. Overall, I am incredibly unhappy with the service and food at this location and do not recommend anyone giving them their business if they have the choice."
