"Scheduled oil change for 3:30 on a Wednesday. I had my 10 month old with me. My vehicle sat for 45 minutes until I checked on progress only to find out they hadn't started. I wasn't offered anything while I waited and no one seemed to bothered that I was just waiting all that time struggling to keep him busy. Wasted time is not something I take lightly. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I'd rather change my own that experience that again."
