"The food was exceptionally plain. I remember having it years ago and thinking the same thing. Small portions, little seasoning, no flare. The BBQ sauce was watery. Only positive was it was fairly cheap considering prices now a days."

"After ordering a double burger for myself, and a grilled chicken sandwich, I paid $21.39 for the food, and mis-heard, “pull up to the second window”. After waiting for the food, they were inside visibly making fun of my girlfriend and I for not pulling to the second window around the corner. We eventually got our food, and drove back. They gave me a single patty burger, and gave my girlfriend a chicken sandwich that had maybe 3-4 bite sized chopped chicken on the sandwich. -will not be going again"

"First off, through the drive thru. She asked me how many sauce cups I wanted, I said as many as you'll give me. We got none. None. The only other option is the six dollar pint. That's wasted on us since we only ever use one tenth of the bottle. Empty, rinse and recycle, since you can't reuse the bottle anymore. They really need to have more options! But alas, their medium fries are now the small of old. You'd need only two of the sauce cups anyway. The burgers, they're ok."

"All time favorite nostalgic place for burgers. My fave? The big ranch. It's almost as big as my steering wheel."

"The service at this place isn't what I expected it to be. I ordered a chicken filet sandwich, but for some reason they gave me a fish filet sandwich. I also asked for a small order of fries, but that never came. My son got a double double burger, and he said that it's not any different than Burger King. This place could certainly be better. However, the food is very cheap. Overall, this is not the best place for a quick bite, but its not bad."
