Sevy Auto Repair and Towing

"Very friendly yes, yet when picking up a vehicle they left a huge eyesore of a mess, the tow truck had leaked two pretty big spots of oil/antifreeze, in front of my neighbors house let alone. The driver then left and forgot something, so returned to get it and as he drove off he ran through the puddles tracking oil/antifreeze all over, now spreading oil the length of almost 2 houses down the road. I called and talked with them explain the situation, they did come out and attempt to clean it. I woke up the next day after everything had dried up and the cleaning was supposed to have been effective and I noticed that it was still very nasty looking. I then called them and explained that the cleaning did not work. They sounded frustrated that I was even calling for them to clean up their mess, I was then directed to send them pictures through email, which I did so, showing how bad it still looked and that the cleaning did not work as it should have. Upon sending the emails I received one email in return with no acknowledgement of a solution for the mess they made and made worse. I did suggest that it should be pressure washed off with a concrete cleaner to get the oil/antifreeze out and the response I got was “call the fire department maybe that will clean it up better”. I am not sure if that was sarcastic or not, yet I am not sure why I would call the fire department, which is taxpayers money that is needed for greater situations to clean up someone else’s mess that they made and are unwilling to clean up properly, It is the responsibility of any company to maintain professionalism and cleanliness And this was neither. You should never leave any job or someone’s property looking worse than when you showed up."
