"We were headed to Hope, ID, for a family vacation the day after Christmas and had trouble with our transmission. We were able to make it to Athol and tried two other shops that were not open or able to look at our car. We hesitantly decided to leave our Suburban in front of C&L and drop the key hoping they would be able to look at it and possibly fix it. Kevin called me the next morning to let me know that he would be able to look at it. Unfortunately, we needed a new transmission which is not the news you want to hear at this time of year. Kevin ordered the part hoping that it would arrive before we were going back home. It did not, but Kevin was great to work with and kept us informed all week. They fixed it in about 1 1/2 weeks and we were able to drive back and get our Suburban. It turns out we totally lucked out leaving our Suburban at C&L! I highly recommend them. Thanks, Kevin."
