Reviews
"I don't like put bad reviews. But lately when I go there they always make our drinks wrong. I asked for a really simple drink. It either taste like water or still had power at the bottom of the cup."
"I really hate leaving one star reviews, but felt compelled in this scenario. I waited 20 minutes for a hot chocolate and Italian soda. I know it was 20 minutes because I made a phone call the minute after we ordered. After waiting 20 minutes I was handed our drinks and I asked for a straw. No response just a window shut my face, so I waited another five minutes for them to open the window in which I made a comment about the wait. A younger barista with dirty blonde French braids said, “ Well, that’s too bad because we’re short staffed so maybe you should just be a little More appreciative.” Then proceeded to slam the window in my face. This is our first and last time coming here."
"Just terrible coffee… nothing wrong with the staff but so expensive and so rancid every time… the owners need to step it up or just close at this point. I make a stop when I’m in a big rush because they’re quick, but it’s a shame they don’t serve fast and decent coffee. Just fast."
"I’m a regular here and this morning, a dark haired woman with a cat tattoo waited on us. She was so incredibly rude that we were left almost speechless. The eye roll when i said no tip (for obvious reasons) really was a shock. I’ve supported this small business because I believe in doing so, but Starbucks here I come. Shame on you for feeling entitled enough to treat your fellow humans so poorly. Bye!"
"Wild River Java has such great coffee and food! So many options to choose from too! It's easy to see how they have managed to stay around for 25 years, only the best can accomplish that! In addition to having a great coffee shop, we also appreciate them for how they give back to the community SO much. Not only do I get a great cup of coffee when I visit, but I know my money is going back to the community too. This business has, year after year, generously contributed to the kids in Valley County at the Valley County 4-H Market Sale and at so many sporting events. You'll see the Wild River Java name all over the Valley County area due to the numerous events they help sponsor. This is truly an amazing business with amazing people!"
