"Unbelievable service. You will die before they will schedule you an appointment. I had a stroke and was referred to this center. I was told by the doctor that he would do surgery within the next 2 weeks, I have an 80% blocked artery. 1 week later, I called to see why I had not been made an appointment for surgery, and they said because they had not received my CT scan. I called the CT place they said they never received a request and sent them while I was on the phone. I called back the next excuse was that the REP for the stent needed to look at my scan, and she would be in tomorrow, ok great. I called the next day - she didn't have time to look at them; she will look at them tomorrow. Okay, called the next day still waiting for the rep to look at the scan. Called again the next day - Oh, the nurse who has to schedule you is in a different location, and she has to schedule you. Still no appointment for surgery, and in the meantime, I have gone to the emergency room with the right numbing symptoms, and my PCP trying to find any help I can get and nothing. I have filed a complaint with the State Board in hopes that something can be done concerning the unprofessional conduct and pt harm, my hope is that others will not experience this incompetent level of care."

"If you are looking for good customer service and doctors that care about their patients do not come here schedule appointment a month in advance to be called the day of the appointment and told that the doctor would be out that week having to make 2 visits in the same week then setting for the 2nd visit for almost an hour and a 1/2 before seeing the doctor then being told that I have to meet and pay a deposit even though I have insurance no customer service rude would not recommend going there."
