"Been bringing kids to the dental for years, but the last couple have been awful. They will say my daughter has a cavity at her cleaning, so we make an appointment. Show up, then they say it didn't need filled. Rinse and repeat at least 3 times in the last two years. Then our current appointment for a cleaning, waited 20 minutes past time, went to find out what was the hold up, and then the receptionist clocked out and left. Asked the one left, she went to figure out,now nearly 45 minutes past our appointment time. They were cleaning the room, it would another 10 minutes or so. Hygienist comes out and tell us they were supposed to call and reschedule early in the day, so basically they were doing us a favor "squeezing" her in. Felt her appointment was rushed because of this. Asked when she was brought out if there was anyone I could address this with and told someone would be back out, but never showed. We left after a few minutes because it was 6pm at this point."

One of the dental assistants that really stood out to me was Crystal. Her service and care was really great. She was really nice and the world needs more of her!!"

Dr Taylor is fantastic with a great bedside manner. Our assistant, Taylor, was so sweet and engaged my daughter making her feel a part of what was happening. Very happy with how they treat my girls."
