Ruszoni's Pizza

"The food is good. Some of the help is questionable. 1/19/24 I had a sausage pizza last night with Ranch dipping sauce. I woke up dizzy, and in a cold sweat. I had an upset stomach and an urgent need to go to the bathroom. Not sure if it was the food, but I'm told there is no such thing as the 24 hour flu."

"First time in. No greeting. Had no idea if we were supposed to order at the counter or expect a waiter. Kids literally running around unsupervised . Parents busy socializing? Salad bar is great, so that was good. Pizza not so much. Super greasy, even for a pepperoni. Little flavor on chicken pizza. Nonexistent customer service. Witnessed a couple walk in and walk out a short time later. Disappointed to say the least."

"There really is no pizza once you leave New York, Chicago, or any other areas with a large Italian American tradition of serving pizza. So when you are a New Yorker who's lived around, you tend to compromise. Unfortunately what usually passes as pizza is anything but... This establishment serves a decent variation, all things considered. Especially considering in Idaho they put cheddar cheese on pizza. The food was fresh, things tasted good I'm not complaining!"

"I called and ordered a large pepperoni pizza was on sale for $9 I asked for extra cheese I was informed that I had to pay regular price for the large pepperoni and then extra cheese I asked what the difference was I was explained that the $9 pepperoni pizza they have on sale is only made with 1 oz less cheese than the regular one they have it full menu price. And you're telling me that my adding extra cheese should take my pizza from 9 dollars to 18.88 for Just 2 oz of cheese. I also asked for ranch I understand that I need to pay for ranch but you wanted to charge me $1 per cup so that in the end for four Ranch cups and a pizza you have on sale for $9 comes out to be almost $23 I will take my business elsewhere that is not friendly, caring or professional to your community!!"

"I can’t even put into words how amazing this place is. Customer service, ambiance, beer, pizza. Karlie is sensational!! Nice little outdoor spot depending on angle of the sun. Consistently on point."
