"For some reason when you order a mushroom melt combo and ad bacon and grilled onions, it's hit or miss if they remember the bacon. I showed up at the Moscow Idaho store shortly after they opened (03/08/24) and ordered the mushroom melt combo with grilled onions and this is what I got. I'm done with this restaurant"

"The only thing they got right was making what I actually ordered. The fried food was cooked in old oil. The food tasted burnt, and was over salted. The buns were not toasted. I used to enjoy coming to this place. Not sure what's changed, but it is terrible. A huge waste of money. Don't go to this place unless you feel like throwing money away."

"I showed up at 8:30 pm and all the doors were locked. They weren’t happy to service and attempted to ignore me, seeing me standing outside the door. I’m not sure why it was a problem since they had vehicles going through the drive through and there was plenty of time before closing. I like to support local but this experience wasn’t great. I’m out $11 dollars and no dinner because once I finished walking back to La quinta hotel they gave me a burned floor spice covered chicken sandwich."

"My girlfriend and I are visiting from Wyoming and needed some food so we stopped here. The employees were extremely helpful and nice and made us feel very welcomed! The huckleberry shake was AMAZING. The food was very good and came out quick as well! I highly recommend to anyone that enjoys a good burger, fries, and shake. Thank you Zips!"

"This was my second time eating at a Zips and I don't have one thing to complain about. The food is amazing!, And you get your money's worth. My wife and I got Cheese burgers and an order of 40 tots. I think it is really cool that you get to choose what size of tots you want. Also, they throw in a smiley potato for you! How cool that? This particular restaurant was very clean inside and we'll maintained. The workers are really nice and professional. I had no issues. Keep up the good work!"
