"I really don't like leaving bad reviews. And this really isn't one, but I can't give more stars. I had a steak breakfast burrito. It was hot and had a good size to it. But lacked any sort of seasoning and flavor. If there was green sauce, it was impossible to pick out. Salsa was tomato water and the meat was bland. Again, if you're looking for a place with nice people and a plain burrito to fill your stomach, you're in the right place. But if you want something that resembles latin flavor, maybe check out another spot."

"First time visitor of Taco Works, was recommended and food was pretty good, but service was absolutely unacceptable. Woman working the register must have been having one hell of a bad day to treat every customer there that poorly. Told her to have a great day! And that I wouldn't be back since she was so rude to everyone shoving the napkins and food in the bag and rudely handing off to customers, and complaining about the pagers asking noise, "Just click the button on the side!' She said in a very rude tone. Won't be back!"

"My family has always enjoyed Taco Works, ever since they had just their original truck on Best. After our visit today, I doubt I will ever return. I cannot recommend this place any longer. On the last few visits, the woman that works at this Prairie location has been very rude, but the food was at least good. Well this visit was bad all around. When I called in my order she was very rude, and told me it would be a 15 minute wait. That was fine, I was willing to wait. Once I got to the truck, I was told there were 10 orders ahead of mine, and I had to wait over half an hour. Then once my food was finally ready, the woman was extremely rude again, and treated me as if I was inconveniencing her. Just to top things off, my burrito wasn’t correct, and was very lackluster. It’s sad to see a company that used to care about their customers, now treat them like trash, and not even put care into their food any more."

"Some of the best authentic Mexican food in North Idaho. Their asada tacos are incredible. I've used them for catering as well, and they were on time, organized and of course, delicious!"

"Visited on an overcast Saturday afternoon and were greeted with a smile. No waiting in line and our order was ready within five minutes. You're given a beeper to alert you when order is ready, giving you the opportunity to see what is available for your next visit to the Prairie Pavilion. We ordered a chile relleno plate and enchilada plate. Amount of food for the price was reasonable. Flavors were okay, albeit a bit bland--the green sauce added a nice flavor. We'll be back to try burritos and tacos."
