"There is not a lot to say. But wanted a fish sandwich, theirs used to be my go-to! But it appears they have changed up the fish. It's more of a processed patty now, but I'm not really a fan of it. But these days. Quality and customer service are hard to come by."

"I’m sad to write this. Typically this location has always had the BEST service. I would even drive to this one vs the Hayden/Prairie location. However, recently the service just strait plummeted! The late night crew used to be fun and happy- (That worked the drive thru line) Now there is a female that is RUDE. She cuts you off immediately when you are trying to order. I thought it was a fluke maybe since one day it was a rush with a line of cars - but I got her again the next day…. and no cars were in line and she did the same thing. My co workers even said they had her yesterday (Tuesday) around 3pm and they couldn’t believe the person who kept cutting them off trying to order? I don’t know what happened. But you can’t even get your order in without her stopping you from talking and interrupting. I get it if I was slow to order?? But I didn’t even take a breath. It really ruins the whole experience and then you just want to drive off. Then to top it off you get to the window to pay and she goes just as fast and doesn’t say a word at the window. I miss the friendly staff that was there. In the mean Time try to stay away from afternoon/evening orders on Mondays and Wednesday when she works the window and then you’ll have a better time."

"Has managed to run out of all fried products once, and roast beef twice in the last month. How inept is the management for this to happen multiple times? And why not just shut the store down and stop taking DoorDash orders, instead of us finding out half an hour later that we wouldn't be getting almost anything we ordered."

"Their signature basic roast beef was the worst I have ever had. Gray, flavorless meat. Gyro was good. That kept score at a 3. Arbys...work on this. Not a good experience"

"They still serve the best roast beef sandwiches. I'm thinking since they offer up horseradish sauce, Arby's sauce, and such for dipping or to add to our sandwiches. Maybe having cheese sauce would be splendid idea as well."
