"We bought two stoves from these folks and we were absolutely blown away by the excellence in each and every aspect of the process. From knowledgeable and personable showroom personnel to the two employees who came out to do the installation, we were impressed at every turn. They provided a quote that was very detailed, and that is what we paid. There were no up-charges or surcharges after the fact. The ordering process was explained and executed without a hitch. They put is on the schedule and they kept that schedule, even though the weather was horrible and I wouldn’t have blamed them a bit for wanting to delay for a couple of days. "Blake arrived promptly within the predetermined window to service our gas fireplace. He was very respectful of our home and maintained a clean work area. He communicated all findings with us and advised us re all of our options without pushing. He replaced our gas assembly and cleaned the entire fireplace box and glass door. "Buy your stove here. I had an amazing experience with this company. I purchased a Kuma wood stove for my house. Sierra made the buying experience very easy, gave me a ton of information, and no pressure. They scheduled the install for approximately 4 weeks after buying. Drew showed up right on time and did a fantastic job installing my stove. My install was pretty straight forward, but he did a great job protecting my floors before starting and worked timely and efficiently, completing it in about 5 hours. Sierra called and checked in a few days later and made sure everything was going well. I mentioned I would have liked some support/guide rods installed on the chimney to protect it from windstorms. She called me back the next day and scheduled Drew to come out and install the guide rods, no extra charge. Loving my new stove!"

"We choose Quality Stoves to replace our wood stove with a gas stove on the recommendation from my wife's coworker. We were not disappointed. Issac is very knowledgeable and helped us decide what model to buy. The installers, Kenny and Sam did an excellent job. Bradley the mason and his team did an outstanding job reinstalling the rock. Update 9/8/2023 : We used the stove last winter and it worked great, so glad to get ride of our old Lenox wood stove, it was horrible . I called Quality for the yearly service. Blake came to the house and cleaned the gas stove and checked the operation, changed batteries etc.. Blake was professional, fast, and answered my questions .
