He explained things to me and showed me how to use the existing system. He wrote up a proposal which I agreed with. Next Erik and Coty came out to install the new components. They were very knowledgeable and helped me further with understanding my very complex system. They did trouble shooting and improved the connectivity and function of the system. I am very pleased."
