"This is the second time in two weeks that I have ordered from here. The first was a chicken lifestyle bowl and today was a sofrita salad with extra veggies. The bowl was so salty, I couldn't even eat 1/4 of it. Tonight for the salad, not only was it salty, it was quite spicy that once again, I could only eat approximately 1/2 of it. I have ordered from here last summer and it was delightful. I can't say I feel that way now."

"I ordered online and picked up in the pickup lane and was given the worst bowl I’ve ever seen. Half full and missing half of my order in it. Tried to speak with customer service and only got a bot saying they’d “pass of the feedback.” Called the store multiple times with no answer or VM option. The bot eventually gave us a free soda and side of Guac to “make up for it.” If you do go here, go inside and make sure they get your order correct. This is the worst chipotle I’ve gone to. Super disappointing."

"We’ve given this location so many chances and we’re done paying for bowls that look like this. My macro bowl, that’s not pictured, is supposed to have “extra romaine” and I had the same few, pathetic strips of romaine that my husband got on his. We’re sick of paying full price for a third of what we’re actually supposed to be getting. They always have new employees every time we go in and they’re always out of a ton of the ingredients. We were hoping it was just a rough start when they first opened, but it seems there’s no sign of improvement. We’re not usually ones to complain, but we’re hoping by sharing our experience, maybe improvements will be made."

"My son was not feeling well so I offered to pick up dinner. He ordered on line and all I wanted was a basic quesadilla; he ordered a burrito. Long story short, the order was not ready due to a system failure so they made it “fresh” while I waited. The chicken was beyond burnt and dry. Both our items tasted horrible. I still have the foul taste in my mouth. I have encouraged him to get a refund. These two items and a Coca Cola were over $30!!!!"
