"Served undercooked burger. This is a dangerous situation, under cooked hamburger is not acceptable. Also, please work on your customer service skills, the drinks had been over filled and still wet when they were handed to us. The lack luster attitude from the employee when asked for extra napkins to wipe them off was as if I were imposing on them."
